Typographical Errors

In the event that a Panini North America product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Panini North America reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or services listed at the incorrect price. Panini North America reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been invoiced or otherwise charged. If you have already been charged or otherwise paid for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Panini North America shall issue a credit or refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the products and services on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except and only if and to the extent that Panini North America has separately entered into a written agreement with you containing warranties. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
